About the Role

As a Staff Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand platform capabilities and business initiatives impacting the Finance Money Movement group. Your tasks will include ensuring test coverage, validating tests, managing change communication, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects. You will need to apply your deep understanding of business processes and technology platforms to identify defects and ensure that finance functionality works as expected.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Systems or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of functional finance/business systems experience.

Preferred:

Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Basic data analysis skills; SQL knowledge extremely beneficial.
