About the Role
As a Staff Customer Operations Analyst, you will envision and execute strategic directions in inventory and operations, collaborate with procurement and logistics teams, analyze business patterns, and develop data processing automations using Python. You will also be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels, driving improvements, and presenting complex information to senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another quantitative field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high volume electronics manufacturing.
- Advanced PC skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Working knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI for data visualization.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
