Summary
Findem is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves leading data cleanup efforts across Engineering and Research to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of company data.
About the Role
As a Staff Data Analyst, you will identify and evaluate opportunities to improve data quality, develop creative solutions for complex data issues, direct research projects, prioritize engineering efforts, and maintain high standards for data governance and quality assurance. You will leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and NoSQL to deliver accurate datasets and translate complex findings into actionable insights.
About You
Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in data analytics and operations at a management consulting firm or large SaaS company.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and Python for data extraction.
- Expert-level skills in spreadsheet-based workflows and data visualizations.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management across Research, Engineering, and Product.
- Ability to manage work independently at a program level.
- Experience with data cleansing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
