About the Role
As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating survey data, streamlining ingestion from Medallia Experience Cloud, and enabling actionable insights through Snowflake and real-time dashboards. You will collaborate with various teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure optimal data delivery architecture while adhering to best practices in code quality and documentation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Data Engineering experience.
- Extensive experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PySpark.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Hadoop).
- Ability to design, implement, and oversee ETL processes.
Preferred:
- Experience working on Snowflake data warehouse.
- Familiarity with Voice of Customer tools or similar SaaS platforms.
- Any AWS Cloud certification.
