- 8+ years of experience in product analytics, web analytics, or similar data analytics domains.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java/Scala.
- Experience in engineering data pipelines and workflow orchestration tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI platforms.
- Strong data storytelling skills and ability to influence leadership.
