About the Role
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will evaluate current experimentation practices, enhance statistical methodologies, partner with engineering to build scalable tools, develop best practices for experimentation, consult with teams for rigorous experimental design, and contribute to roadmap planning for platform development.
About You
Required:
- Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, natural sciences).
- 6+ years of experience with A/B testing, causal inference, experimental design, and statistical analysis in a tech environment.
- Deep expertise in statistical methods such as multivariate testing, adaptive experimentation, bayesian inference, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and experimentation workflows.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Experience contributing to or building experimentation tooling.
