- Deep knowledge of current D&I trends and best practices within the tech industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence and align globally with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire action.
- Excellent project management and data analysis abilities, including overseeing project plans and reporting on program data.
