About the Role
As a Staff Engineer - Maintainability, you will provide guidance on maintenance-friendly designs, conduct maintainability analyses, collaborate with customers and program leadership, contribute to strategy development, create program plans, perform design reviews, and support the development of support equipment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Maintainability Engineering.
Preferred:
- A&P License or Military Aircraft Engine Maintenance experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and resolve problems.
- Established project management skills.
- Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
