About the Role
As a Staff Engineering Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the evolving AI threat landscape, identifying future misuse vectors, and translating insights into proactive mitigation plans. You will lead initiatives to implement next-generation safety mitigations, partner with engineering teams to improve ad traffic infrastructure, and communicate with a globally distributed team to enhance workflows and efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and generating summary statistics.
- Experience with SQL or Python.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience in building robust scaled operations and efficient workflow design.
- Experience in crafting narratives to influence stakeholders and presenting to executives.
- Experience in data manipulation and automation using Python and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
