About the Role

As a Staff Executive Technical Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary support analyst for the C-Suite Executive Team, handling complex desktop, remote, and video conference support. You will analyze and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues, ensuring established SLAs are met. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior executives under pressure. You will also contribute to the Knowledge Base and take on projects with minimal supervision.

About You

Required:

Minimum 10-15 years of C-Suite Senior Executive Technical Support experience.
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of Exchange Mail, Executive Scheduling, Active Directory, and related technologies.
Strong experience with video conferencing technologies and collaboration tools.

Preferred:

Certifications such as ITILv4, ACMT, CCT, CompTIA.
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
Support experience in a corporate enterprise environment with 7-10k+ employees.
