About the Role
As a Staff FPGA Engineer, you will work with a talented team to improve and extend Intuitive's robotic product lines. Your responsibilities will include serving as a lead technical designer, implementing FPGA designs using System Verilog, verifying designs in simulation and hardware, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and writing detailed design documentation. You will also support quality and regulatory processes.
About You
Required:
- Expertise in Verilog and SystemVerilog for synthesis and verification.
- Extensive experience in FPGA and front-end IC design.
- Deep understanding of FPGA architecture and design methodologies.
- Proficient in FPGA design tools such as Vivado and QuestaSim.
- Skilled in scripting languages like Python or Tcl.
- Experienced with version control systems like Git.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Proficient in C/C++ and MATLAB.
Preferred:
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or adjacent field with 15 years of experience, or Master's degree with 12 years, or PhD with 8 years.
