About the Role
As a Staff FPGA Engineer, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement FPGA solutions, drive technical decisions, and deliver production-ready logic that meets deterministic timing requirements. Your responsibilities will include collecting requirements, designing high-quality FPGA solutions, developing test plans, conducting engineering studies, and mentoring junior engineers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 8+ years of industrial experience.
- Strong experience in FPGA design, verification, and deployment.
- Deep expertise in HDL languages (VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog).
- Solid knowledge of various protocols to interface different peripherals: PCIe, Aurora, EtherCat, Ethernet, DDR4, 10G, SPI, I2C, etc.
Preferred:
- Experience with vision and robotic hardware design and integration.
- Familiarity with hardware/software co-design and integration.
- Skilled in scripting languages (TCL, Python, etc.).
- Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
