- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Data Science with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MS/PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability.
- Working knowledge of risk policy fundamentals for consumer loans and fraud detection.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Fintech and fraud risk in consumer lending.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hive and Hadoop.
- Demonstrated experience in designing experiments and using data-driven insights.
