Summary
Talener is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to support a growing SaaS platform in a fully remote position. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable front-end systems for enterprise and mid-market clients.
About the Role
As a Staff Front-End Engineer, you will develop clean, maintainable, and extensible front-end code using React and TypeScript. You will refactor existing codebases, design reusable UI components, and address complex challenges related to state management and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in code reviews will be key aspects of your role.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade software products.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS.
- Experience building reusable component systems and writing automated tests.
- Experience with API design and integration.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git and CI/CD (AWS Environment).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with custom design systems and accessibility standards.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership or staff-level engineering role.
- Experience working with no-code or low-code platforms.
