Summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join their A2D team in Bakersfield, CA. The role involves developing and maintaining a critical Risk Assessment platform while collaborating with various teams.

About the Role

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will architect and develop web, software, and mobile applications, lead the gathering of functional requirements, and act as a technical subject matter expert. You will also generate technical documentation, resolve defects during QA testing, and work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams to drive results.

About You

Required:

8+ years experience designing and developing web, software, or mobile applications.
Strong leadership experience in leading meetings and cross-functional teams.
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Expertise with Java Spring and React.
Expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3+ years experience with AWS Ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues.

Preferred:

Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD).
Business Acumen - strategic thinking & strategy development.
Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
