Summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join their A2D team in Phenix City, AL. The role involves developing and maintaining a critical Risk Assessment platform while collaborating with various teams.

About the Role

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will architect and develop web, software, and mobile applications, lead the gathering of functional requirements, and act as a technical subject matter expert. You will also generate technical documentation, resolve defects during QA testing, and work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams to drive results.

About You

Required:

8+ years experience designing and developing web, software, or mobile applications.
Strong leadership experience: Leading meetings, presenting, and acting as a cross-functional leader.
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Expertise with Java Spring and React.
Expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3+ years experience with AWS Ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD).
Business Acumen - strategic thinking & strategy development.

Preferred:

Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
Building strong teams - set and evangelize vision, facilitative leadership, attract and retain key talent.
