About You
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in help desk or customer support; or four years of direct experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Experience ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with mobile application support.
- Experience providing the customer's voice to the testing process.
