About the Role
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and deliver state-of-the-art Generative AI systems, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead in Generative AI research. Your work will directly impact the development of AI coaching products and enhance user engagement and trust.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years as a Machine Learning engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping products using leading LLMs.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating LLM outputs.
- Strong software engineering skills and a deep understanding of LLM internals.
Preferred:
- Experience fine-tuning smaller models or adapting foundation models for improved quality and scalability.
- Background at a leading AI research lab or equivalent experience in Applied ML/AI.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
