- A State Life and Health Insurance license is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Series 6 preferred, and Series 63 (where required).
