About the Role
As a Staff Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, you will define production equipment architecture, lead the development of manufacturing equipment systems, support factory launch, and continuously improve production equipment. Your work will directly impact the speed and efficiency of humanoid robot manufacturing.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years experience developing manufacturing equipment or production systems.
- Strong background in industrial automation or assembly equipment.
- Experience commissioning equipment in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical systems and manufacturing process understanding.
- Ability to solve equipment issues quickly in fast-moving environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in robotics manufacturing.
- Experience in EV manufacturing.
- Experience in aerospace production systems.
- Experience with automated assembly equipment.
- Experience with factory launch or production ramp.
