About the Role

As a Staff Marketing Manager - CRM Operations, you will be a key member of the CRM Ops team, responsible for developing and executing large-scale email campaigns, utilizing advanced technical skills in HTML and ESP scripting languages. You will lead the creation of complex multi-channel automations, ensure effective communication across teams, and leverage data science models to optimize marketing efforts.

About You

Required:

Proven experience in building and sending large-scale email campaigns via major ESPs, such as Braze and Adobe Experience Platform.
Advanced knowledge of HTML and proficiency in troubleshooting and updating code.
Experience with SQL and JSON, including data transformation and compatibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred:

Heavy experience with Liquidscript.
Experience with ESP migrations.
Experience with REST APIs.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
