About the Role

As a Staff Marketing Manager - Paid Search, you will drive customer engagement and acquisitions through paid search, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partners. You will take a leadership role in planning and executing SEM campaigns, mentor team members, manage relationships with agencies, and optimize campaigns based on data insights. This hybrid position allows for cross-functional collaboration with global partners.

About You

Required:

7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
Experience building, executing and scaling large-budget, multiple LoB paid search programs.
SEM/PLA bid management platform experience required.
Experience with keyword analysis and common keyword research tools.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
6+ years’ experience using Paid Search management tools like Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Search Ads 360.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred:

Experience leading go-to-market for B2B software.
Agency and client experience.
