About the Role

As a Staff Marketing Manager of Personalization Operations, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of omnichannel personalization strategies, managing experimentation platforms, and ensuring the scalability and performance of personalization campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with technical requirements and oversee the quality and compliance of personalized experiences.

About You

Required:

7+ years of experience in omnichannel personalization implementation with a focus on Personalization Platforms and Customer Data Platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field.

Preferred:

Expert-level mastery of experimentation engines such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO.
Proficiency in Regex, AI Coding, and JavaScript for front-end manipulation.
Experience with headless CMS architectures like Adobe Experience Manager.
