As a Staff Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding data to activation platforms, creating and delivering digital audiences using various data sources, orchestrating multi-channel journeys, and managing analytics and insights technologies. You will also focus on improving the quality and speed of data processes to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.

About You

Required:

5-7 years of professional experience working with marketing data and managing data movement.
Experience in SQL, particularly with JSON files and data.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe suite, customer data platforms, CRM automation platforms, and advertising media (e.g., Google and Facebook).
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with JIRA management.
