About the Role
As a Staff MFG & Process DVL Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and selecting electroplating equipment, optimizing electroplating processes, ensuring environmental compliance, and implementing cost-saving measures. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct feasibility studies, and develop maintenance programs while ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing operations.
- Deep understanding of electrochemical principles and plating chemistry.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and cross-functional projects.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field.
- Experience with ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing methodologies.
