About the Role
As a Staff New Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for bridging Engineering and Operational requirements to enable successful ECU launch. You will collaborate with Hardware and Software Engineering, Product Launch Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Test Automation teams to create integrated schedules, execute critical milestone reviews, and develop cross-site best practices. Additionally, you will lead post-ramp change management and qualification efforts.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Operations Engineering.
- BS or MS degree in Engineering.
- Direct PCBA CM operational management experience.
- Strong communication skills in technical and nontechnical domains.
Preferred:
- Ability to travel as needed to CM sites internationally.
- Outstanding collaboration and relationship-building capabilities within and across organizations.
- Data-driven, proactive, and tenacious; energized by ambiguity and passionate about cross-functional problem solving.
