About the Role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will interpret and identify prescription orders, verify prescription order entry, perform drug utilization reviews, conduct final checks on dispensed products, and communicate with medical and nursing staff. You will also assist with immunization clinics and uphold company values while meeting productivity and quality requirements.
About You
Required:
- Current, and in good standing, Illinois Pharmacist License.
- Long-term care pharmacy experience.
Preferred:
- FrameworkLTC/DocuTrack knowledge.
- Current Immunization Certification.
