Summary
Juniper Square is seeking a Staff Product Designer, CRM & Mobile to join their team in the United States. The role involves driving design standards across their mobile application and leading the CRM product domain.
About the Role
As a Staff Product Designer, you will define the vision for mobile experiences, set organizational standards, and contribute to the evolution of the cross-platform design system. Your responsibilities include mentoring designers, owning mobile standards strategy, contributing to CRM product strategy, and leading high-fidelity design execution.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, owning and shipping products through the entire development lifecycle.
- Expert-level experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Proven experience driving design for a complex B2B/Enterprise SaaS product.
- Deep mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Preferred:
- Direct experience contributing to and/or defining a multi-platform Design System.
- Experience designing user interfaces and workflows for AI/ML-driven features.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Investment Management, or Real Estate industries.
- Familiarity with interpreting usage analytics to identify product opportunities.
