About the Role
As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design for key human-robot interaction projects, conduct hands-on research, create prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will also present your work to senior leadership and contribute to the design system and studio culture.
About You
Required:
- An online portfolio showcasing work in complex technical domains.
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing digital or service experiences.
- Ability to model and communicate interaction concepts through sketches, wireframes, and dynamic prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams.
- Strong prototyping skills in Figma.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions.
Preferred:
- High proficiency in human-centered design methods.
- Experience designing for robotics, autonomous vehicles, or integrated hardware and software products.
- Background in industries where safety and reliability are critical.
- Experience with generative AI tools, 3D modeling, or industrial design concepts.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $154k–$223k per year.
