About the Role
As a Staff Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive onboarding experiences for members managing joint and muscle health. Your responsibilities include defining the vision for member onboarding, designing personalized experiences, delivering high-quality product experiences, and ensuring accessibility and inclusion in design.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of product design experience, including partnering with product and engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in interaction and visual design with a track record of advancing the craft.
- Experience leading ambiguous problem spaces and defining design strategy.
- Proficient in user research and leveraging data science insights.
Preferred:
- Experience designing consumer-facing onboarding experiences.
- Proven facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops.
- Skilled in facilitating executive meetings and guiding conversations.
- Rich experience in motion design and animation.
- Passion for healthcare or fitness with relevant industry experience.
