About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager, Ecosystem Health, you will lead efforts to detect and moderate spam, fake accounts, and harassment, while developing AI/ML tools for platform moderation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate policy into actionable product requirements, build user-facing features that promote authenticity, and define metrics to measure fraud and ecosystem health. Additionally, you will support crisis response plans and stay updated on trends in fraud and platform risk.
About You
Required:
- 7–11 years of product management experience at a high-performing, consumer-facing company.
- Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or ecosystem integrity.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience building or integrating automation and AI-driven tools.
- Prior experience or exposure to data science or software engineering.
