About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager, Growth, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap to accelerate onboarding, activation, and early engagement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a small team of Product Managers, and establish KPIs to drive continuous improvement in conversion and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach to product management and a focus on AI-powered customer experiences.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of growth, onboarding, or customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Proven success scaling customer onboarding and engagement experiences that drove measurable revenue outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams.
- Strong track record of managing PMs.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools for product development and experience building AI-powered customer experiences.
- Analytical and data-driven, with expertise in funnel analysis, activation metrics, and growth experimentation.
- Exceptional storytelling and influence skills.
