- High technical fluency; experience partnering closely with engineering and influencing architectural decisions.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience using analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Track record of influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional and product teams.
- Experience with workflow automation, integrations, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems.
