As a Staff Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of the Clay product. You will partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features quickly, understand customer needs, and help expand Clay from a data enrichment tool into a comprehensive system for go-to-market teams.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience owning complex product surfaces with high usage and visibility.
- A track record of working cross-functionally and driving alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating fast-moving, early-stage environments.
- A strong sense of product quality and a desire to build tools that are both powerful and elegant.
