The Baker Center for Children and Families is seeking a Staff Psychologist to join their team in a hybrid role based in Waltham or Boston. The position involves providing high-quality behavioral health treatment to children and young adults aged 2-22 using evidence-based practices.
About the Role
As a Staff Psychologist, you will provide direct clinical outpatient services, supervise trainees, consult with clients and practitioners, conduct psychodiagnostic assessments, and collaborate with leadership on outreach activities. You will also participate in professional development meetings and conduct educational presentations.
About You
Required:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology and Massachusetts Psychologist/Health Service Provider licensure.
Completion of an APA accredited internship.
Preferred:
Experience or familiarity with evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, MATCH, TF-CBT, PCIT, ERP, and SPACE Treatment).
1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
Experience developing and running therapeutic and/or education programs for children.
Experience educating and coaching caregivers in 1:1 and/or group settings.
Experience working with electronic medical/health records (EMR/EHR).
