About You
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience in high-volume or operational environments.
- Hands-on experience with HR Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Paylocity, or similar).
- Proven effectiveness with cold outreach to schools and candidates.
- Experience sourcing for clinical, healthcare, or field-based roles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% for events and visits.
- Experience in building relationships with academic institutions.
- A history of delivering results in a relationship-driven recruiting approach.
- Comfort managing multiple active requisitions and university engagement strategies.
