About You
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of Tennessee.
- Current Health Certificate as per facility requirements.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
Preferred:
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
