About the Role
As a Staff Reticle Build Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reticle build data, developing systems for ordering photo masks, selecting suppliers based on cost and quality, and maintaining relationships with mask suppliers. You will also create metrology structures, develop automated solutions for specifications, and monitor supplier quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or related field plus 5 years related industry experience.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device patterning and fabrication.
- Technical knowledge in optics related to photo mask requirements and quality.
- Operational skills in using Cadence Maskcompose and GDS viewers.
- Programming skills in languages such as Perl, Python, and C++.
Preferred:
- Experience with semiconductor EDA flows, tools, and practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Team-oriented and open to work with cross-functional teams.
- Physical layout experience.
