About the Role
As a Staff RN in the Special Care Nursery, you will be responsible for performing health status assessments, documenting nursing interventions, evaluating patient responses to care, and participating in process improvement activities. You will work in a night shift capacity, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency in your nursing practice.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- RN - Registered Nurse license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Preferred:
- Experience in a neonatal or pediatric nursing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
