About You
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a STEM discipline with 12 years of related experience, or 10 years with a Master's Degree, or 8 years with a PhD.
- Experience facilitating internal and customer collaboration to capture and enhance engineering artifacts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Hardware/Software/Digital design and engineering through full product life cycle.
- Experience in managing risk, opportunity, and production of core engineering work products.
- Advanced Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated experience in design, development, and modification of digital logic designs implemented in FPGA or ASIC solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams and knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML).
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
