About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will integrate into client teams or work on FullStack product teams to deliver software solutions. Your responsibilities will include influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and designing scalable event-driven architectures. You will also manage workloads in Kubernetes, implement secure authentication, and ensure system reliability through observability and testing strategies.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET and TypeScript.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Extensive experience designing and scaling event-driven architectures.
- Experience architecting and managing workloads in Kubernetes.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs.
- Experience implementing comprehensive observability and testing strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience with AI-related tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
