About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer (Agentic AI), you will design and implement end-to-end automation workflows, build scalable automation systems, collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. You will utilize tools like Python, LangChain, and OpenAI to develop and deploy solutions while optimizing performance for reliability and scalability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience developing production software.
- 3+ years of experience in a lead role contributing to architecture, design, and mentorship.
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn and try new technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Past experience integrating automation into business functions such as customer support, finance, legal, or sales operations.
- Contributions to open-source AI tools or automation projects.
