About You
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience in backend development (e.g., Go, Java, or Python).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, and data-driven decision making.
- Resilience, determination, ownership mindset, and a keen appetite for collaborative efforts.
- Experience in a technical leadership role and mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience working on products that have a user experience involved.
- Track record of translating complex business problems into technical solutions and driving multi-functional projects across multiple teams.
