About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend, you will lead the technical direction and architecture of CoreWeave's frontend applications, ensuring scalability and performance. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape the roadmap and UX strategy, design high-quality user interfaces using TypeScript and React, and mentor engineers across the organization.
About You
Required:
- Highly proficient in building complex SPAs using TypeScript and React.
- Typically 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant frontend ownership.
- Deep experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and best practices.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems or shared component libraries.
- Strong frontend performance experience.
- Experience collaborating with backend teams working in Go or Python.
