About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for scoping requirements and delivering impactful features by collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You will lead engineering efforts, set technical strategy, and design architecture while ensuring high-quality, secure production services. This role requires versatility across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and QA.
About You
Required:
- 9+ years in software engineering
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience writing scalable services with Node.js
- Experience writing web applications utilizing React and TypeScript
Preferred:
- Excellent product instincts with a user-first approach
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems independently
- Experience with security engineering
- Fintech experience
- Startup experience
