About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable software systems. You will drive technical vision, evaluate technologies, manage cloud environments, mentor engineers, and ensure the quality and reliability of the product while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in full-stack development with technologies including React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining cloud architectures (GCP).
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, system design, and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
- Demonstrated success leading complex technical projects from idea to production.
- Commitment to quality, security, and compliance (including HIPAA guidelines).
