About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, Programmatic Ads, you will lead one or two partner integrations, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will independently manage the software development lifecycle, drive problem-solving and product iterations through A/B testing, maintain high standards for technical excellence, and mentor junior engineers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
Preferred:
- Passion for working on ad products.
- Experience with ad serving platform, ad exchange, supply-side platform, or demand-side platform.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $208k–$365k USD.
- Eligible for equity.
