Summary
Liftoff Mobile is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Conversion ML to join their team in Pacific, WA. The role involves designing and implementing scalable ML pipelines and enhancing team productivity.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Conversion ML group, you will design and implement reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient ML pipelines, build and scale efficient pipelines for real-time and batch processing, and gain hands-on experience with training and serving ML models at scale. You will also develop software that enhances team productivity, track performance, detect drift, and automate retraining, and work with an experienced team of ML, Software, and Infrastructure Engineers. Strong communication skills are required to explain statistical and machine learning concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering and/or Infrastructure.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science.
- Very strong coding ability.
- Experience with Machine Learning, PyTorch, and PySpark.
- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building machine learning tooling and/or platforms.
- Good team communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in ad-tech.
- Python, Golang.
