You will also collect metrics, perform health checks, and act as a customer advocate within Illumio, ensuring timely resolution of escalations. The position requires travel up to 30% for customer visits.
About You
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise software.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity industry products, Firewalls, Zero Trust architecture, and Security best practices.
- Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
- Experience deploying enterprise security solutions.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as routers, switches, and load balancers.
