- 8+ years of program management experience leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile development, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level and build strong partnerships across organizations.
- Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle.
- B.S. in Computer Science or other technical degree.
- Experience in communicating objectives, plans, status, and results to project teams and executive leadership.
- Ability to build trust and drive change across multiple portfolios and geographies.
